1. General Information

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. Request for refund should be sent to customersupport@glitz-beauty.com .

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is not used or damaged

Products that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. Send the product with its original packing to:

2. Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable and shall be paid by the customer. Exception will apply for those products that are damaged at delivery to customer but are not used.

3. Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

4. Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

5. Cancellation Policy

In order to serve our clients at our best, we ship orders within 24 hours. Cancellation of any order is possible within 24 hours, before the order has been send to the client. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Refund transfer might take up to 15 days.
